Madagascar grows rare and unique cacao, less than 0.1% of the world cacao production. Naturally has fine flavour fruity notes that has developed due to the adaption to its very special environment of soil, flora and climate.
Madagascar Criollo-Trinitario, Trinitario, Forastero cacao/cocoa, grown in the rainforests of the Sambirano river valley, near Ambanja, north west Madagascar.
